Terms and Conditions.
The Limousine Bureau hereafter referred as TLB.
Bookings are provisional until a NON-RETURNABLE deposit has been received and cleared, (unless in the form of cash). So please be sure of your booking.
Every effort will be made to ensure your vehicle is on time and well presented, but.....
TLB can accept no liability for unforeseen delays such as traffic caused by an accident, road works, weather ect..
The hirer will be held liable for any damages or losses to the vehicles caused by or incited by the conduct of individual passengers.
In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances such as a vehicle breakdown, TLB reserve the right to substitute the vehicle,but, every effort will be made to supply exact type, and notify clients if possible. Please note, unless in the form of an agreed upgrade, there will be no adjustment to price.
Once a price has been agreed between TLB and the client, which is based on the information supplied at the time of booking, changes cannot be made at the time of hire. However, TLB will accommodate, IF, at all possible, but this may incur an extra charge.
In the event that you the client, need to cancel:
Please contact the office ASAP, there may be penalties depending on how long left until the event. But in ANY event deposits cannot be refunded
Balances due must be paid at the time and place of the first pick up. In the event where all those travelling are contributing, the hirer must ensure that payment has been collected in advance.This will also safeguard the hirer having to cover a member who may decide to retract from the event at the time of hire.
Alternatively, full payment can be made in advance through Pay Pal or by mailing a cheque. This is ONLY a option if this is what you prefer.
Smoking is prohibited within the vehicle, it is also against the law.
Passengers are advised to wear seat belts, and baby seats may be used on forward facing seats only.
Some food stuffs may be allowed but by prior arrangement ONLY.
Alcoholic beverages may be supplied by the hirer or members of their party, TLB only supply non-alcoholic drinks, if requested.
TLB accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to passengers belongings.
The Chauffeur has the right to stop the vehicle and ask any persons to leave if they mistreat the vehicle in any way.
The Chauffeur will be respectful and courteous, it is expected that the clients will act accordingly.
In the unlikely event the chauffeur is not, a detailed report would be appreciated.
